Welcome to Houston
Sundeep Keswani, MD Local Chair and Past President Anna Barbara Schluer, MD ISPeW President Guido Ciprandi, MD Founding President | On behalf of the ISPeW Board of Directors, we warmly welcome you to Houston for the seventh annual meeting. ISPeW is the premier international, interdisciplinary society focused on pediatric wound care. We are excited that the seventh annual meeting of ISPeW is being held in the beautiful city of Houston, Texas, USA, housing the world's largest medical center. We have put together a world class two-day conference devoted to the state-of-the art in pediatric wound care. We are privileged to have the support of the current and past presidents of the WUWHS, Dr. Marco Romanelli and Dr. Sadanori Akita for the program as well as the support of the founding members of ISPeW, Dr. Guido Ciprandi and Dr. Corrado Durante. The notable feature of this meeting is that we have received abstracts from all over the world and from new clinicians which is a testament to the advancement of the society and the importance of wound care in children. We look forward to another exciting and productive meeting that will once again move our field forward.
